Richard (Dick) Brodkorb is an internationally recognized leader and participant in the Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) community. In Earned Value's "early years," he served as the United States Air Force (USAF) customer to several defense contractors regarding what was then called the Cost/Schedule Control Systems Criteria (C/SCSC) and related management requirements. After leaving the Air Force as a captain in 1970, Dick founded and served as President of Decision Planning Corporation (DPC), widely recognized as the first professional consulting firm dedicated to the providing EVMS-related services both to government contractors and the agencies they support. As a result, Dick has provided program management and EVMS training/consulting to projects within all service branches of the Department of Defense (DoD), as well as the Department of Energy (DOE). In addition to principal consultant, he is currently one of the lead instructors for SM&A's public seminars in EVMS and Project Scheduling, and is the engagement manager for a major EVMS implementation and certification effort at one of DOE's National Laboratories.
EDUCATION

Dick received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1964, and a Master of Science Degree in Operations Research and Industrial Management in 1967, both from Southern Illinois University.

Kim Smith has over 30 years of experience in program/project management, with a specialty in training/educational program development. He has served as consultant to many commercial, aerospace, defense, and energy related clients in the field of program/project management with special emphasis in Project Management, Project Scheduling, and Earned Value Management (EVMS). He has served as an instructor for hundreds of seminars, public and privately sponsored, concerning all aspects of project management, and has developed EVMS certification training programs for many clients. He has also performed as Project Manager for the design, development and implementation of many earned value management systems. He has helped various contractors in their preparation for Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and led “Mock” Validation/Certification Reviews for clients seeking approval of their EVMS. Mr. Smith was a faculty member at the Air Force Institute of Technology, where he designed, directed, and taught comprehensive courses in acquisition management. He was the Course Director for the Air Force’s System Program Management Course.
EDUCATION
Kim received a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Systems Management from University of Southern California.

Dennis White has more than 30 years experience in production, financial, and project/program management, in federal government and commercial organizations, specializing in earned value management (EVM). While in the United States Air Force, he served as an Acquisition Officer including tours as an instructor in Systems Acquisition, an EVM Team Chief at the Ballistic Missile Office, and as an EVM Review Director for Air Force Systems Command. After leaving the Air Force as a Captain, Dennis was a Program Control Manager for Rockwell International's Space Division and was the EVM Focal Point for the Division. For the last 19 years, he has provided management consulting services in project management and EVM for several consulting companies working with clients in both government and industry. Dennis has worked with the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization, the U.S. Army, Navy, and Marine Corps, the Department of Education, HHS CDC, the USDA and others in the government; and with AT&T, Unisys, Fluor, and other companies. In addition, he has developed and delivered training programs for clients and for other consultants in project management and EVM, and has been an invited speaker on multiple occasions for the Potomac Forum.
EDUCATION
Dennis earned Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at San Diego State University, majoring in Management Science with a minor in mathematics, and has a Masters of Business Administration from California State University San Bernardino.
